INVITATION FOR BIDS

BID FOR DEVELOPING OF A CAD MODEL FOR THE EXISTING TERMINAL BUILDING FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES AT BANDARANAIKE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KATUNAYAKE

BID NO. : 048/T/2023

Bids are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited for the Developing of a CAD Model for the Existing Terminal Building for Engineering Services at Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.

Bids should be submitted on Documents obtained from the Supply Chain Management Division , Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand (Rs. 25,000.00.) being a non-refundable Bidding documents Fee,  together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.

Bid Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 02.04.2024 up to 22.04.2024.

Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday the 24th April 2024 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees Two Million and Five Hundred Thousand (Rs. 2,500,000.00)  in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed Bank operating in Sri Lanka which is approved by the Central Bank of  Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the Bids.

Pre Bid Meeting will be held on 08.04.2024 at 10.00 a.m at the Conference Room of Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Building, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.
